Not following Chipotle protocol. Will not go back. I usually love Chipotle because of the great standards but I would never go back to this location. The employee who was serving people was slamming food down and making things very sloppy. I saw her immediately use her cellphone after serving me and before serving others, which does not bring much comfort considering we are in the middle of a virus. Went here for a quick meal, the first lady was very nice and gave good portions and was friendly. the second woman doing the line was slamming things down, giving attitude and gave off such bad energy. I asked for extra and she gave me less than normal and rolled her eyes.

Only reason it’s getting a star (other than the fact that I can’t leave 0) is because I think the two younger guys working the first two spots were new (friendly and doing their best). Guy working cash register sat on his phone on Snapchat the entire time. I had to interrupt his phone use to ask for something and he told me to “hold on”. Super disappointed in overall experience.
