“Firehouse, hands down, has the very best subs around. I visit this location most frequently, but wish there were more locations across the twin cities. The subs are flavorful and the sauces they use are pure bliss. This location has friendly workers who are always working hard to keep up with the multitude of orders.“
“Shout out to the three lovely people working at 3:30 this afternoon as they were screamed at, cussed at, and belittled by a psycho customer. They all kept their cool and attempted to help me several times, even as the psycho lady PUSHED me out of the way so the cashier could focus on her. From what I could tell, the woman was upset because her refund did not go onto her card immediately after they gave it to her. Props to those three working! You held your own and I appreciate the hell out of you! No one should EVER talk like that or treat anyone as that woman treated you all. “Went to Subway this evening, ordered 6 footlong subs. Mgr was great! Gave me and hubby great service and even picked out all the bad banana pepper and jalapeno pepper that I didn't even notice it was bad. Made beautiful looking subs! I almost wanted to video it because he had it all lined up perfectly too. One man team at it's greatest! Thank you Mgr. (Sorry didn't ask for ur name. “If you want delicious food, do yourself a favor and head over. Their salad dressings are made from scratch and that's my favorite thing. The ranch is SOOO delicious! I haven't tried others but my sister and friends loved multiple other kinds. The soup and sandwiches are great, too. The desserts are great and they serve Northern Soda, which is a fun treat, too! I've gone here with multiple friends and relatives and everyone, even "hard to please at restaurants" think it's great!“

“I'm a regular at this Potbelly and always have great experiences. The staff is extremely fast and friendly and my food always tastes great. However, there was a little hiccup today that I'm hoping can be cleared up. When ordering, I asked if the BOGO was only offered if I ordered through the app or if I could get it ordering in person. They told me I could use the app to scan at the end and the BOGO would be applied. When I got to the checkout, there was no option to use the BOGO, to which a different employee said that promotion was only through the app. Had the first person told me that, I would have stepped out of line and ordered through the app. It's not a big deal, and I will continue coming back, but it would be nice if the employees were all on the same page about promotions being offered and how they worked.“

I'm more of a cheese steak guy, but all options are delicious. And the service is almost always better than similar fast food/fast casual options. This location always delivers on food and service.“
