“We have been going here since it opened and is always pretty good they do tend to mess up the ingredients on the subs alot I did complain once and received free subs from the manager I think but can't redeem on account no one at the store knows about it so we just pay for our food I see they are opening one in stillwater may give that one a try.“

“My first Firehouse Sub experience was amazing. Me, my husband and granddaughter dined in the restaurant exceeding my expectations first of all i was greeted with very good energy, the store was clean and tidy. Service was superb. My husband ate Smoke house cheddar, I ate The Steamer and my gran daughter had the cheesiest mac and cheese ever. Ron was the hostest with the mostest and he deserves the employee of the month award and recognition for his outstanding customer service. And im going to refer this location and restaurant to all my friends! Firehouse subs rocks..........“

The lettuce was old. I tried holding a quick conversation with both employees & they were so unfriendly is was just a really bad experience.“

“I am a vegan so I cannot say much of a review for their sandwich options, but I work at the mall and I occasionally come here for French fries. They always make them fresh, and they give you a really decent serving for the price. In this image this is a large size, and I had a handful already. 😆 The fries are always so hot and delicious!! 🤤😋 They have a decent selection of condiments & seasonings. I really recommend their lemonade it is bomb and definitely hits the spot on a hot day. Services always super quick and on point, employees are always extremely friendly and accommodating. Play overall have a very good vibe and good food. Definitely recommend if you're a french fry lover LOL“

I've been eating at Subway for many many years only had a problem one time they were closed because I forgot to set my clock ahead so it was really 9: 45 and not 8:45 which I thought it was so it was my bad now stop complaining about the employees unless you've done it or are doing it!!!!“

“Please GM see this and reward employee. I'm leaving a review because they have an oustanding staff named Kong who works here. I hardly eat out, but I came in one day and he was the only employee and the place was exceptionally clean, and when he made my sandwhich it was with LOVE. So orderly, put together well, and 100% accommodated to what I wanted. He was really easy to talk with and made it a genuinely pleasant interaction. You can tell this staff named KONG is 100% integral and in his words "it has to be the quality i would serve myself and family." I came back the next day and he made me a good sandwhich again. I think it's important to acknowledging nice and hard working. The survey on yhe receipt didn't work for me. So here's what I would have shared instead.“
