On 10/11, my family and I came in for lunch after the children’s museum. There were 2 younger gentlemen working and an older woman. The guys were absolutely great but the woman was extremely rude. She was cranky, disrespectful and snappy to the customers. She was unsanitary by leaning on the counter where food goes but yet demanded the guys to wash hands when they left the line. She was throwing knives around and actually tossed my sandwich down the line. Won’t be coming back...read full review

This Subway is pretty standard when it comes to food quality and taste — no complaints there. What stood out to me, though, was how the place operates. Online orders are clearly prioritized over in-person ones, which just feels backwards.
This is a downtown location with heavy lunch traffic from the skyways and the Children’s Museum next door, so it gets busy. The store itself is large, but only two employees were working and they were completely overwhelmed. People...read full review
