Jaquan was very nice and personable. He has great customer service we need to raise.
Order a number 17 no tomato. When giving my change back drive thru handed me my drink as well then went to go make more sandwiches with out changing gloves. Than when handed my sandwiche they fogot my kicking ranch and staw for my drink.
The team at Jimmy Johns Woodbury is very kind and helpful. Today I was sitting on their outdoor tables and a delivery driver went out of his way to put an umbrella up for me. I really appreciated it - and I had already finished eating so it wasnt eve obvious that I was a customer and he still went out of the way to ensure I was comfortable. He was very kind in the process and this is the type of service that makes a fast food sandwhich spot stand apart from the rest.
