I was saved today ordering food for a lunch & learn for tomorrow, group size is 42. I called and was so pleased with Shamia! She helped figure out what to order, helped me lose all my stress for a last minute order and was very pleasant to speak with. I just got back from the store and I'm writing my review while eating. It was worth the walk in the cold. I ordered the Spicy East Coast Italian for my entire group. The service was fast, the young lady who made the sandwiches was polite and understanding. The best part is, the sandwich is delicious, just the right amount of spice, perfect amount of meat and cheese, as well as the perfect amount of mayo (bread not dry enough to choke you and no mayo oozing out of the bread). I had a pickup order from Jimmy John's and the experience was nothing extraordinary, but it was a good experience, nonetheless.My sandwich bread was on the crunchy side, and decent.I tried the Limited-Edition Dill Pickle Chips, and they were alright.
