I stopped in today around 1:00pm and some of the kindest crew members helped me find an address I was desperately searching for. I am from WAY out of town and couldn't find the pharmacy in U of M maze, despite having a gps & address. The crew went above and beyond to get me in the right direction. Not only were they freaky fast at helping me, they were freaking awesome! Thank you so much... I promise to stay for a sandwich next time! <3
I occasionally order 10-15 lunches and the staff at this Jimmy John’s always have the food ready on time, everything correctly done, and they do it with a smile! I appreciate their service.
These subs are okay...we always leave a nice tip if we get delivery but it really frustrates me when I order and ask, please cut in half and they never do. Wish they could read the ticket.
