But Im giving the 4 star because I have been here several times over the past 6 months and it is not consistently awesome...id say it probably depends on whos making it or how long it has been waiting before being ordered. Either way, I recommend it!“

“Yaz and Amy have been NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING. I was recently hospitalized and Panera soup is one of the few things I can eat. They have been so kind and supportive every single time my husband walks in the door to get more soup. They deserve all of the recognition for their kind hearts and unmatched customer service. “My daughter and son in law visited Sunday, May 25th, 2025. Everything, with the exception of salad and Tour of Italy was awful. I had Create Pasta with Mushroom Sauce. Terrible watery, no flavor. Daughter had Zupa Toscan which was tasteless and watery. Her entree was Chicken Margarita flavorless with many green peppers on top. Such a disappointment for a reputed good eatery.“

My lady friend had the reuben, its her favorite place and I see why the food is great.
Server was quite a bit over the top loud, tables where loud and obnoxious.
Would definitely come back if it wasn't on a dinner or weekend. To see if its better.“

“Ate here for the first time today while visiting Stillwater and both my husband and I were absolutely blown away by how amazing everything was here. The atmosphere and staff were great, the food came out quickly even though they were very busy. We tried the French toast, beignets, lattes, mimosas, chocolate chip banana bread, chocolate chip cookie, peanut butter cookie, plbirthday cake cookie (yes we bought a lot to take home with us). Everything was beyond stellar. Never had a better chocolate chip cookie in my life.“

“I really would like to add what a treasure you have in Kimberly … I overheard her conversation about the product as I believe she was coaching Delaney (also very welcoming). She is a star …. I am visiting from NJ and I WISH we had more Sunshine like her personality around …she made my travels feel like home and I had to let her know how important she is in sharing her presence with those who travel through….shes a one of a kind!!! “Food is consistently good, but soup is never hot enough. Salads & sandwiches tasty. Always very chilly in the restaurant - thinking of the employees, I guess. Crowded at lunch time & gets very noisy with nothing on walls to buffer sound, making talking challenging.“
