From speaking to her on the phone to her bringing out my order- she just has such great and infectious positive energy. She's truly rare in the service industry these days and deserves recognition. It was my birthday and she made me feel celebrated and appreciated- even for take out. Definitely a star representative of OG. “I do recommend but I also do not, Napa Chicken sandwich has cilantro added tonight, so my dinner was ruined. I have not had this problem in the last 6 months. Disappointing and will likely not take the chance again.“

If you work in the area.. salad bar for $13 at lunch.. not bad at all. Great ambiance. Don’t let the mid-tier hotel this place is in fool you. I didn’t sit on the patio but there is a decent sized patio with sun and shade options.“

“Awesome local Vietnamese restaurant. We always get just different variants of pho and it’s always phenomenal. The portions are very big and the ingredients all taste fresh.
The only complaint I have is that the water they serve tastes kinda weird.“

“The server we had was above par. He was the nicest and best server we've ever had. A very handsome Hispanic gentleman that really made my mother's birthday so much better. We wish we would've asked for his name because idk that we'll be back unless he's working and is our server. I highly recommend the stuffed chicken marsala.“

“Party of 12 had a blast and the fettuccine was not bland at all! The sirloin steak was fabulous! The Strawberry Margarita was perfectly made. Chicken was not soggy. The minestrone soup was excellent and the salad was perfect. Pleasantly surprised with this Olive Garden visit. Servers were so attentive.“

“Edit: Updating my rating becuase while this was 7 years ago and both my kids are out of diapers now, I appreciate the follow up and I hope that they follow through on the positive changes.
Their bathrooms do not have any infant changing tables, am I expected to change my infant on the bathroom floors? Shame on you for not providing these to your customers. I will have to avoid eating at this establishment just because I know if I have to change my child there is no where but the floor to do so.“

“Had a takeout order from here a few weeks ago and everything we got was quite good. The real standout was the gentleman who took my order. I think he could tell I had an incredibly hard day, and he was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and compassionate. He was also fantastic with the people who came in. I’m very glad I decided to give it a try!“

“Today was our first time here and we messed up ordering one of our sandwiches. We called to see if we could pay extra for the sides we failed to add and when we showed up they had a new sandwich made and it was on the house. We will definitely be back. “Im surprised by the number of negative reviews. Ive eaten at Crystal Jade so many times and the food is always amazing. Very low prices for what they serve, in my opinion they have the best chicken wings for local takeout. You can get a ton of food for well under $30. Food is always hot, never had an issue with quality. Ive only done carry out but never had an issue with service in that regard.“

“This location is nice because it has a drive-thru, this location is very easy to get in and out of it's on the corner of the mall where there's lots of other restaurants and dining areas and shopping locations from this Panera bread corner store“
