“I had a gift card for here and decided to try it out - wish I had known about this place before because the food is delicious, super fresh and I found out that it is also all made from scratch!! As a vegetarian recently turned vegan, it's been very hard to find anywhere to eat, but this is definitely a place where I'll be frequently coming back! Resturant is bright and clean, everyone is very friendly and welcoming and Lanchi makes a fabulous Tokyo Garden bowl (the homemade teriyaki dressing is seriously delicious). Was able to connect to the free wi-fi so was able to enjoy the patio and work for a little bit (Amy even brought me out a fresh glass of water) - I will definitely be back!“

“The cafe has reopened as a partnership between Lifetime and Med Box, a Mediterranean cafe. In addition to traditional LT items like smoothies, coffees and snacks, there are also Mediterranean wraps, bowls and salads. I had a Gyro wrap. Lovely tender spiced meat, fresh crisp vegetables and sauce. Very generous proportions.

The cafe is staffed jointly by Lifetime and MedBox staff. They were all very friendly and attentive.

“First time having cafe Zupas. I got the Burger bowl and fudge fix Brownie delivered by Grubhub. The Burger bowl really did taste like a burger, without the crash afterwards. I thought it was interesting that the bowl came with chocolate dipped strawberry that was pretty good. And a piece of bread.“

“I lived 3 minutes away from this place and it is a blessing. If im sick or tired at all a meal replacement shake completely changes my day! They remember my name and give me lots of patience when ordering. So nice“

“Absolutely love the nutrition spot and Sabrina(owner)!! Our kids refer to it as the shake shop and always ask for a "blue tea". It's my go to for a quick breakfast or lunch. I've been going here for a couple years now, but I remember after my first order Sabrina already had it memorized what I liked the next time I came in!“
