The place was very clean and the other staff member Launchi was wonderful. Launchi exhibited friendliness and kindness towards my friend and I. Would definitely love to recommend being served by these amazing people again! I felt very welcomed.“

“The cafe has reopened as a partnership between Lifetime and Med Box, a Mediterranean cafe. In addition to traditional LT items like smoothies, coffees and snacks, there are also Mediterranean wraps, bowls and salads. I had a Gyro wrap. Lovely tender spiced meat, fresh crisp vegetables and sauce. Very generous proportions.

The cafe is staffed jointly by Lifetime and MedBox staff. They were all very friendly and attentive.

“Absolutely love the nutrition spot and Sabrina(owner)!! Our kids refer to it as the shake shop and always ask for a "blue tea". It's my go to for a quick breakfast or lunch. I've been going here for a couple years now, but I remember after my first order Sabrina already had it memorized what I liked the next time I came in!“
