wasn't wearing gloves when prepping my food
The two managers, Gusta and Maria were extremely rude! They demonstrated that customers are not important. I went there specifically for the chicken sandwich. I got a small amount of the mayo (the size of a nickel) so asked for some on the side and they would only sell me some for $0.75. Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen is a decent restaurant located across from the mall. The customer service is basic and quiet, but the food is good and reasonably priced. The 12-piece chicken meal for $24.99 is a good deal. The popcorn shrimp has a nice spicy kick to it and is fresh. The drive-through is busier than dining in, but overall, the service is quick and efficient. The staff is great with a friendly smile and offers great service. The crispy fried chicken sandwich and french fries are great, with a lot of fries for the buck. The employees are helpful, and the restaurant is clean and plain. The chicken and deals are superb, making it an excellent place for a snack or a quick meal.
