After a multiple disappointments today between the app glitching and another store being out of bread and having to change locations, I decided to go to my neighborhood store. I have never been disappointed by the service at this location. Staff is always friendly, helpful and usually has something kind to say to brighten your day. After three strikes today with the subway brand the Cahill location hit a home run just by listening and having a kind word. Good job guys!“

“Okay, when you go to Subway you don't expect a really hopping interesting fun place. But the food is always consistent, and this location had great service in the fast food industry where everybody seems to be struggling. Overall I'd give it five stars for my expectations at Subway. “I like this place I came in about once a week while I’m running errands. The foods good but I had an odd experience because I didn’t give the employee my sandwich toppings in the right order. I’ve been coming here since it opened and going to sandwich shops all my life and I’ve never had an employee get annoyed with me because I didn’t give my toppings in the right order and all I was doing was going by how they had the ingredients laid out. It just like an strange experience and not what I’m used to since this place usually has a pretty good atmosphere and friendly staff.“

“Greg was working last night, 5/15/25. He was working alone. 4 of us came in about 8p. He was waiting on a guest. He was so friendly and engaging. He was cool as a cucumber dealing with the 3 kiddos making choices. He was not even rattled when on of the kiddos asked for stuff on the side. Greg is a great employee!!“

“The mamas making sandwiches at Mama’s market so nice and generous. We enjoyed two of the very delicious and reasonably-priced sandwiches and finished off our meal with Ethiopian coffee service. The coffee was so strong and aromatic. Though it’s new to the Midway, it really feels like part of the neighborhood serving neighbors!“

“Please GM see this and reward employee. I'm leaving a review because they have an oustanding staff named Kong who works here. I hardly eat out, but I came in one day and he was the only employee and the place was exceptionally clean, and when he made my sandwhich it was with LOVE. So orderly, put together well, and 100% accommodated to what I wanted. He was really easy to talk with and made it a genuinely pleasant interaction. You can tell this staff named KONG is 100% integral and in his words "it has to be the quality i would serve myself and family." I came back the next day and he made me a good sandwhich again. I think it's important to acknowledging nice and hard working. The survey on yhe receipt didn't work for me. So here's what I would have shared instead.“

“This subway is infinitely better than the one on white bear. Every time ive been here the staff has been friendly and appeared at least to care about the making of my sandwiches. Only been twice so far but now that I know they still know how to make sandwiches here I will be back. Not sure what manager told the store on white bear to put the cheese on the bread and the meat over it or to put the sauce on the meat and cheese and the veg over that but they should be fired for not knowing how to make a sandwhich.“

“Such a great convenient location, the young lady working the close on September 28th was such a delight. Shes greated us at the door and it was right before closing but she was so happy to help us find our online order, she even commented on how delicious it looked. “Your standard JJs level of service: simple, quick, curtious and easy. The place is a bit loud for my tastes during the day as I enjoy a place I can get a bit of work done too, but that's expected and standard of JJs, so it's not a complaint by any stretch of the imagination. Foods always good, breads nice. Will return !“
