This time, we decided to stop and grab sandwiches on our way home from camping, since we were all bushed. Bless his heart, Kim was all by himself at this location on Labor Day. This is just a side job, since he's retired. But even though he was all alone, he was helping people as efficiently as possible. He even chatted amiably as he made our 6 sandwiches. We had to wait a bit for our turn, since two other groups were in front of us. Another couple was behind us. We all waited patiently, but it was definitely not fair for him to have to cover the shop alone.“
