“One of the best pizza places around! They always have great food. My sister and I went on a Friday evening, which we knew would be busy. We arrived at our designated time only to find out that they were behind on orders. The first thing I noticed was how hard your employees were working. They looked so overwhelmed and stressed out, but we’re still able to give us great customer service. I saw the order receipts flowing in by the bunches to the point they had to put them in a huge pile on the countertop. Please limit how many people can order per time slot online. Your employees are working so hard for indoor dining as it is.“

“We do papa Murphys taurine regular. My husband usually goes to Burnsville. I typically visit this location. Always clean and good service. I just want to shout out the gentleman who was working at 2pm this afternoon, 8/2/26.

“This little gem is a must try! It has a very warm and inviting atmosphere. My wife (girlfriend at the time) introduced me to this Gem of a joint. Old school wooden benches with some iconic mafia movie posters on the walls give it its old school pizza joint feel.

Full menu from Pizza to Hot Italian sandwiches. I have a hard time straying from pizza but everything I’ve had here is amazing.

Aaron the manager on duty was very kind and attentive.

“Delicious pizza and great service!

I was in town for a work trip and had all day meetings and a social event. Myself and some colleagues were hungry after the event and decided to stop at Carbone’s next to our hotel. We got there at ~8:30 which was 30 minutes before they closed, by the time we finished eating it was 9:20. Not only was the pizza very good, the service was great. At no point during our visit did the two staff members make us feel rushed.

I’ve been to several places where they have started closing up shop and stopped taking orders well before closing time. The staff here still provided us with good service and quality food even though we likely kept them from home later than they expected.

100% would recommend, and will be back (well before closing time) next time I’m in the area.“

“I’ve been to this papa John’s and every time they are helpful although it is usually 1 person working the store at night for the most part they are helpful. I see a lot of customers complaints but whenever I go I don’t seem to have an issue with the staff.“

“I like to think about pizza in categories like “fast & cheap”, “fancy”, and so on. Papa John’s to me easily stands at the top of the fast and cheap category, with the best rewards program and fun new items to try. This location is well managed with kind, helpful staff and i’ve ordered delivery or takeout at least a dozen times the past year and they’ve always been good to me. Recently got the Giant pizza (i forget the name) and it’s frickin huge lol. For reference i’m 6’4” and my hand (pictured) is also huge.“

“Could be more attentive. The delivery girl felt she had to serve my wife our order with 5 plus line cooks standing around talking, She walked in from a delivery and saw that. Thank you to her for grabbing our order from the warmer for us. Otherwise service is generally quick. Just could be more friendly and attentive. I understand we all have our moments though.“

“Usually I’m not a huge fan of dominos. But after now living in Eagan for the last three years this place and the carbones are the only thing i go to around here. You can tell They take pride in what they do and you get a delicious hot pizza.

The Savvoys screws up my order every time. The papa johns who used to be my favorite has to be the worst papa johns in history.“

“I had an issue with the old shakopee location and was told I had credit for pizza, called just to find out I didn’t any whenever I spoke to was not doing their job but they were able to pull up the recording. I said I was never gonna go there again and I was not playing. I would rather drive further for the quality. I called this location to try to put in an order for pick up using the credit and there was a lot of confusion. I felt frustrated I was told one thing and it was another. I expressed how I felt and I was talking to the manager Nas. She explained to me that I would need to order from that location and I told her I was not ever going to order there again.

In the end, she was amazing and fixed the issue that wasn’t even her or this locations fault. She made my order that I wanted and even gave me extra wings. She was professional and understanding!! I had hungry children in the car after going to the zoo. Thank you Nas for going above and beyond ! The pizza was amazing and made fresh to perfection! This will be my new location to go to even though it’s a bit further! I highly recommend this location!! Thank you Nas you deserve a raise 👏“
