“This place is so tasty! I am celiac, and felt very confident eating there. All meats, sauces, and sides are gluten free! Even the 3-cheese mac! Super good food, and friendly staff. Definitely recommend stopping by!“

“Date night. Food was good. Wine was good. The waiter could be more attentive. He did not even ask us once how the food was and if we needed anything. Had to get extra sauce from the girl who brought out our food.“

“I have been eating T Rex Cookies for about 60 days. Management and Ownership is awesome. Even if you can't eat cookies please stop in for the free smells. Wow! It's nearly heaven. Today I had the Elote Corn Cookie "hope I got that right". Its was a bit spicy at first , then I understood it. Just different for spice in a cookie other than ginger snaps. I love their experimentation. I can't wait to see their next premier COOKIE.“

“Absolutely loved this place! Came here yesterday; and it has a really cool vibe. The bar is in the back of a restaurant and the overall vibe is very chill and upscale. Their alcohol list is insane! There’s over 100s of options and choices to choose from. I ordered a whiskey sour with parm fries and my experience was absolutely amazing. I would absolutely return! Also, the bartender working was absolutely amazing!! The drinks he made were delicious.“

“Do you like sushi? If so, you’re going to LOVE poke. It’s essentially sushi in a bowl. For the uninitiated, it operates similar to Chipotle — you pick a base like rice or salad, add your choice of protein (they have around 16 to choose from), then top it off with a nice assortment of vegetables, sauces, and toppings. They also have a dozen premade combinations, if you prefer to not pick all of your own ingredients. You can expect to spend somewhere between $13 and $20 per bowl, but it is for some of the freshest and tastiest counter service food available, and even considering the prices, the portion sizes are generous. (I never leave hungry.)For a place that does umami foods better than just about anywhere else, the atmosphere is decidedly sterile. It’s not a place to get cozy and hang out. It is impeccably clean and well lit though. We have visited a couple of locations of this chain, and the staff have been without exception, very friendly and helpful and efficient.Overall, I recommend Hawaii Poké Bowl — we’ve left every visit exceptionally satisfied.
Vegetarian options: While the centerpiece of the menu is sushi, grade seafood, one could easily make a vegetarian bowl by simply omitting it.
Parking: Parking is a little weird, with angled street parking on either side of the restaurant that is shared by several other restaurants in the immediate vicinity. It can be hit or miss as far as availability. Most visits, we haven’t had any trouble. There are two large surface lots within one city block that always have availability.
Kid-friendliness: The atmosphere is open and casual. There is a kids bowl on the menu.“
“This place is hugeeee!!! I went to this location because the "Brickoven Pizza Bus" aka a food truck parks here and serves excellent pizzas at scheduled times during the month. I am not much into breweries, but this one is unique for what I've seen of the place. People were polite, and courteous when I was roaming around on my power scooter I couldn't really do much as the place was packed and couldn't really navigate this place without other customers hitting into me. Maybe one day when it isn't packed to the gills with people might enjoy the ambience here. Being a 100% disabled veteran has its downsides.“

“Hidden gem! We are visiting and wanted a nice homey-feeling breakfast and found Hovie’s. The waitstaff were very nice and attentive. The food is GREAT! It was exactly what we were craving. They prefer you pay with cash, so make sure you take some!“

“Wasn't too busy, food came out fast and fresh. Order some street tacos and tamales. These were some of the best street tacos i have found. The tamale was very delicious as well, wasn't to dry, and had a good filling ratio. The barbacoa tacos were my favorite, then the alpastor. The chicken taco was great as well. Prices are pretty good as well. The tacos are packed with meat, well worth it. This will definitely be my go-to place to eat when shopping at the outlet mall.“

“Out for a birthday celebration and had dinner here. Our food was good as was the service. I am all about places that don't have loud blaring music so you can actually have a conversation with our yelling and this location was great. We had the jambalaya and salmon and both dishes were good.“

“This was an awesome experience. The server was probably the best part. Dan only works Sundays from what he told me so when I come back itl def be a Sunday lol.The food was good. I had the snow mountain roll, spring rolls, dumplings, chicken cutlets, beef teriyaki, beef fried rice, BBQ eel fried rice, beef ramen, and the green tea ice cream. All of the food was awesome, I just didn't personally like the broth for the ramen. It's Ramen, I usually go to a ramen place specifically if I want a good bowl. The sushi was great. The dishes and rice were awesome.Their homemade sauces were amazing. The chicken cutlet sauce is a bit sweet for me. It is homemade and tastes like sweet pear has been added. It's almost too much imo but works well with the rice if you eat it together. The price for the lunch is unbeatable. 28 bucks all in with the drink.“

“Without a doubt, the best fish & chips we've had in the Mpls/St Paul area. Yes, better than The Anchor in Mpls. Hopefully, they'll offer all year. With the fine food was excellent service to match. Great bar team. Combine with fair prices and an excellent rewards program, you have a winner here.
Vegetarian options: If OK with seafood, yes, options are plentiful.“
