We have been regulars here over the past two years. The staff is very friendly and the service is really fast. I recommend El Loro if you are looking for more of a friends and family type of eating experience.

I recommend El Loro in Eagan for reasonably priced and delicious Mexican food. The service is prompt and the atmosphere is great for families, groups, and couples. I recommend the chimichangas and fajitas.
