My husband and I went to this restaurant after an appointment in the area. I've loved this restaurant for 20 years! A true gem in the Eagan neighborhood. CONSISTENTLY, food has been delicious, service has been excellent and the value is awesome enough to bring the whole family. Ambiance is good, but not modern. We have been regulars here over the past two years. The staff is very friendly and the service is really fast. I recommend El Loro if you are looking for more of a friends and family type of eating experience.
