Sam went above and beyond for me today! I had a horrible experience at the duck wood caribou coffee location this morning that had nothing to do with her store yet she took it upon herself to rectify the situation. Thank you Sam!!
I have loved you caribou but when I found out my preferred coffee is now over $7 a cup, my heart was wounded. It saddens me to say I'm going to have to end our relationship. I've already been seeing a much less extravagant coffee shop and it looks like things might get serious.

The team here gets a shout out. They got slammed by a big group of people while I was working. The staff was responsive, kind, and positive and took care of everyone. They ran out of some stuff when I reorder but gave a rockstar recommendation for an Americano as an alternative.
