This is technically NOT a coffee shop for the community. It’s a coffee bar that serves Caribou coffee products located in the Omni Lakes Hotel in Eagan. The service was good. Drinks were good. Clean environment.Parking: Long walk from hotel to parking lot. Ask someone to drop you off or use valet if you’re not open for the walk.
Stopped in as the closest coffee shop to the TCO complex and grabbed a delicious Americano and a fantastic breakfast sandwich. The sandwich was delicious and the size of a specialty burger vs what I’ve expected from a small breakfast sandwich. Coming over from TCO, I was on crutches and the staff was exceptionally helpful. Great work!

Unless you’re staying at Omni, just go to Caribou. Same drinks and pricing, this is a nice space, but it has overpriced food items out of convenience for travelers with a little extra money or an expense card.
