This would have been a zero because the other employees were more interested in talking to the repair man than helping guests. Earl saved this visit big time for me. He rang me up, made my drink, AND made our food items. Give Earl a raise. 5 stars for Earl!
Now this Starbucks was inside Mall of America in Minnesota. The guy at the counter was super friendly and smiled and did indeed ask if I wanted a bag and actually put the cup in the bag for me! Of course the coffee and scones are always delicious! It was a bigger Starbucks so plenty of seating area which is really nice!

The store opens sharp at 7:30 am and I can tell you by experience that a line starts forming even before that . This one is really popular apparently or its perhaps the first coffee shops to open in the mall .We went three days in a row and the quality of food and beverage every single day was perfect . The staff is friendly and fast . The wait times are not too long either.
