They were decent cookies, but they were so expensive for such small cookies. If the cookies are that expensive they should have higher quality ingredients or be bigger cookies. Crumbl Cookies have insane prices but they have insane cookies. However, I enjoyed them. I’m not gonna hate on these cookies.
I stopped here a little while ago, and had not any of their cookies for awhile, I thought it would be fun to check it out. While, I was deciding on what to get, there really was no rush at all. What I liked was not only the assortment of cookies there were, but how colorful they were. But, I finally decided on a chocolate and a green style cookie as well. There are 3 different franchise locations at the MOA. I ordered from the one on the 3rd floor. Staff was neutral. The decorating job was not great, the cookie itself was just okay and this location didn't take the rewards I earned "due to an old computer system" (despite the corporate website saying they would). Also emailed coproduction 2x and they never responded. I would not buy from this company (any franchise) again.
