There are 3 different franchise locations at the MOA. I ordered from the one on the 3rd floor. Staff was neutral. The decorating job was not great, the cookie itself was just okay and this location didn't take the rewards I earned "due to an old computer system" (despite the corporate website saying they would). Also emailed coproduction 2x and they never responded. I would not buy from this company (any franchise) again.

cookies are raw, they did not taste good at all. You could see clearly in the middle how raw it was. The slushies were also horrible, they tasted old.

It's December 10th and they still have a happy Halloween cookie on display. The thanksgiving themed cookie I got was stale.

They were decent cookies, but they were so expensive for such small cookies. If the cookies are that expensive they should have higher quality ingredients or be bigger cookies. Crumbl Cookies have insane prices but they have insane cookies. However, I enjoyed them. I’m not gonna hate on these cookies.

I stopped here a little while ago, and had not any of their cookies for awhile, I thought it would be fun to check it out. While, I was deciding on what to get, there really was no rush at all. What I liked was not only the assortment of cookies there were, but how colorful they were. But, I finally decided on a chocolate and a green style cookie as well. Of course I had to get something to drink as well. It seems that the staff were really friendly, and this location would be worth another stop sometime. I mean, with so much to choose from, I would definitely make a different selection next time.

I was in the mall a little while ago, looking for a good snack place. Since this was my first time here, and I haven't had any of their cookies for awhile, I thought it would be fun to check it out. I was a little surprised at the assortment of cookies that they had and it only took like a minute to decide. As I was the only person in line it only took not even a minute to get my order. What impressed me the most was not only how friendly the employees were, but how good the food was. I decided on the chocolate chip cookie, and a green style cookie as well. What I liked was how gooey and warm tasting my cookies were. Of course with so many different cookies to choose from like m&m and the usual varieties and the speciality brownies or various holiday cookies, next time I would end up with something different.

I ordered the 36 Assorted Big Bite Cookie Box for my son's birthday party. DO NOT ORDER THIS! First off, it doesn't even come in a box. I got small cookies in a bag. The "assortment" was a small bag of chocolate chip cookies, and a small bag of sugar cookies. The girl behind the counter handed them to me and said, "I think this is your order." I said, "You better make sure this is my order, I paid $40 for this." I also showed her my order on my phone, which was confirmed. They scrambled around looking at things behind the counter, and she said, "Yep, this is it," set them down, and walked away. Never again.
Zero stars if I could. Cookies have been stale every time I've tried them. They also have zero customer service and act a deer in the headlights when a customer asks any questions. Avoid and and go to Tollhouse instead.

Looked online for what we could get and purchased 36 Assorted Big Bite Cookie Box. These were $40 and thought they would be great for a kids birthday party. When my wife went to pick them up she was handed two small bags of very small cookies. When my wife asked if they were correct they were not sure. This was 1 hour before our kids party started at the mall. I asked what they could do to fix the issue of false advertising. I was hoping for any suggestion that on what happed from a big box that was in the online site to what we got. They did not do anything and were not at all helpful. The sugar party cookies were also limp and tasted of stale dough. I would avoid this place.

I took my kids here a while back and the cookies weren’t that great-stale and a little bland and the staff weren’t that friendly . However we stopped by this weekend and were pleasantly surprised by how much better this experience was. Cookies tasted great and the girl who helped us, Maddie was a sweetheart! Will be returning here again.
