Auntie Anne's offers a variety of pretzels that are hot and enjoyable, such as the pepperoni pretzel bites with spicy cheese salsa. While some find the pretzel bites lacking in flavor, others highly recommend the pepperoni bites. The customer service is friendly and fast, although there may be some confusion in orders. The freshness of the pretzels may vary, prompting some customers to seek alternatives.
