This location is always busy or understaffed, yet the employees consistently strive to do their best. Makayla went the extra mile with one of my orders, and I genuinely appreciated her effort. This isn't the first time she's assisted me, and I'm grateful for her consistent dedication.
I was there on Sunday morning around 12 and I saw how hard those workers were trying to make the drinks. If you expect to get your drink in less than five minutes, I wouldn't recommend going on the weekend. This Starbucks is in the mall, which is much busier compared to standalone Starbucks. You shouldn't bring their morale down because you decided to get a drink while it was busy, and it took a while. i was there on Saturday afternoon and by surprise the white blonde lady was yelling at the only black barista on the floor. Totally ruined my experience. Please talk to her about her behavior.
