“The person who helped me at the registers was great at figuring out how to transfer my gift card to my Starbucks account. I appreciated the customer service, and the attentiveness shown to both me and my partner. Our order was out pretty fast despite the amount of people there. I really enjoyed my Peppermint Mocha, and my partner enjoyed their Gingerbread Chai. The atmosphere seemed to be bustling, but cozy. The restaurant seemed to be both clean and quiet. I will be back!“
“I’m giving four stars because you seriously have two different experiences!! The morning crew is amazing.! Especially if you have either McKenna, Kevin or katarina working.! These 3 have never disappointed me and they are seriously very efficient baristas... now I’ve gone to this same location after 3pm and it’s a complete disaster. I’ve had one employee literally ignore me for what felt like 5 minutes ... no lines.. and no customers before me.. still don’t know her name but because of that sole experience I will never trust going there unless the three that were mentioned above are working.“
“I think the coffee is excellent. Not so much for their food items. Pleasant and efficient service. Clean and bright surroundings. But I'm not just old fashioned, I'm actually old. My perfect coffee shop would be a little quieter and cozier.“
“I had a great experience there today. I lost my voice, so I typed out my order on my phone. The younge man who took my order and assumed I was deaf, which I'm not, but I couldn't tell him otherwise. However, he was so nice and understanding. I'm glad they're so inclusive there.“
