I have ordered from here since they opened. The past few times have been awful. It shouldn't take 20 minutes to make a tea. It's literally hot water and a tea bag in a cup. I saw my ticket passed up several times. It should have taken 20 seconds. I don't think I will be ordering from this starbucks again.
Ordered the Cinnamon Caramel Cream Nitro Cold Brew and it is usually a little strong, but this was AWFUL,the cream was very liquidy and had almost no cinnamon and very little caramel.Usually the cream is fluffy similar to whip cream but this was closer to soup.The customer service was good though and this is a cool place to just relax.That being said I'm not going to just vedo this Starbucks because I just so happened to be 1 out of 10 people who don't get what they expected,...read full review

I Purchased a venti iced macchiato and they put so much ice in the drink that I couldn’t even get the straw in. It’s ridiculous if I would’ve poured the liquid that was in the Venti into another cup it probably would’ve been the equivalent to a small and we’re paying like seven dollars for these
