“Everytime I order from here the food is hot and ready, I usually order a sandwhich and in the span of time
Its done. It used to be easy to walk up there to the vernon shops but now its a little tough since vernon avenue bridge replacement.“

“I visited this Starbucks after a long and difficult day. I was greeted by a genuinely kind staff member. He was patient with me, knowledgeable about all the drinks, and he made me laugh which was a task in itself. We had a nice chat while I waited for my drink, and I really hope I get to see him again. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name.

Aside from the staff, the shop itself was clean and fully stocked with beautify tumblers, novelty keychains, coffee i bright packing, and other merchandise. I honestly would have bought half the stores merchandise if my wallet allowed me to! I also used the restroom, and it was clean and well-stocked, which is always appreciated.

My drink was made quickly and set out for me to grab. It was exactly what I needed after the kind of day I was having. I normally get cold drinks but this day I got a hot one that had Pistachio flavoring. Yum yum yum.

I've been to this location a few times before and have always had a good experience. The staff is friendly, the store is well-kept, and it's become one of those places I know I can count on for a little pick-me-up. I enjoy sitting by their fireplace and reading a book.

“I walked into Starbucks before my long day and the drinks always taste the same- that’s not why I’m writing this… while other employees were standing around chatting, Nikki was working her butt off. I am from out of town and don’t frequent the area. I was impressed with not only her work ethic but she did it all with a smile on her face. S/O Nikki“

“I stop in here often as it's convenient for me when I'm at Southdale. This location is rarely busy and the staff has always been kind and efficient. I wanna give a shout-out to the associate working - alone, like usual - yesterday, April 4, 2026, at about 10:30AM. She has been the only employee I've seen working there my last few visits and she is a peach! I wish I knew her name. I will ask next time I'm in. She always writes 'Smile' on my cup. :) She's terrific and she is always working alone. She does an amazing job! This Starbucks is located inside of Macy's and has small seating areas both indoors and outdoors for customers. The free covered parking ramp for the mall is right outside the doors on the south side of Macy's. I'll be back. I always am.“

“This Starbucks location has generously donated coffee and tea to teachers and paraprofessionals at my elementary school! The manager and staff there are so kind and work extremely hard. They always have a smile on their faces and constantly say they appreciate the work teachers do for the community! They are amazing!!!“

“The ladies that work at this Starbucks are tremendous people that deserve a raise. They're truly remarkable. They always welcome me with a smile and they know my order before I tell it to them. I'm glad to be a regular at this Starbucks.“

“This is the only drive thru in the area. All the other Starbucks nearby are dine in/pick up only. So, this location just doesn't care about customer service. They are understaffed all the time and can't keep the drink orders straight. Rude and disrespectful when mistakes are made. I won't go through this Starbucks drive thru again.

Update: I took a chance to try them again and the service has greatly impproved and the people are much friendlier. 5/17/26“
