I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks in my life, and none of them compare to the experience I had at Southdale! Everyone is so friendly that I felt like I could stand there for hours just chatting. After I got my order (probably the quickest out of any Starbucks I’ve ever been to), I decided to sit at the little dining area at the end of the counter. For the most part the experience was fine. I came here with a group of friends and the employees did their job great. My only issue was that I ordered a grande, and I received a grande yet it showed up on my receipt as a venti, and I was charged for a venti. The drink itself was fine, it was a little watery but that's really not an issue. Overall, good experience but just make sure things are inputted into the system properly. Thanks!

Seems that the Starbucks inside stores like Macy's & Barnes & Noble don't really know how to make the Starbucks drinks that you would get at any other anchor Starbucks.
