Staff is fine...coffee is fine...comfortable venue so I was quite surprised at how dirty the restrooms were!

Starbucks offers delicious drinks, although some baristas lack friendliness. The older staff show more care than the younger ones. The location is convenient, next to Westin in Edina. The staff is friendly, and the place is clean. A unique feature is that they mix sugar and cream for you, even asking if you prefer regular or brown sugar. One downside is the lack of urgency among the employees, with some seeming disinterested in their work.
