I visited this Starbucks after a long and difficult day. I was greeted by a genuinely kind staff member. He was patient with me, knowledgeable about all the drinks, and he made me laugh which was a task in itself. We had a nice chat while I waited for my drink, and I really hope I get to see him again. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name.

Sometimes they make drinks wrong, but they're usually pretty good at fixing the mistake.
