“Baristas have great customer service here! Very pleasant and kind. Higher up within the Starbucks company I don't think they are paying their employees (particularly the baristas) what they deserve- I really hope that changes because the staff there (and at all locations!) are doing a wonderful job and deserve to be treated better! Very friendly and efficient service at this particular location!“

“Hemlock location is the absolute best totally recommend this location all the baristas are THE BEST drinks made to perfection. They strive to be the best and they are!!!! The atmosphere is super clean store and bathrooms all the time, always stocked up on Everything I've never had them tell me they didn't have something and they're so nice always welcome 🤗 you in with a smile and if your a regular they know your name and order. I absolutely love them here and will forever be a customer!!! 💕“

“Highly recommend this Starbucks. I am a Starbucks regular and have been for many years. Unfortunately my drink was made incorrectly a week ago and I called the store to notify them. The manager, Ed, picked up quickly, was friendly and apologetic. He replaced my order. Terrific service and situations such as these are why I choose to be a lifetime Starbucks drinker.“
