It was Starbucks
had such a great experience at Starbucks thanks to Catherine and Veronica! They were both incredibly kind, patient, and helpful with my order. They made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it and did it all with a positive attitude and genuine smiles.
Customer service like that really makes a difference in someone’s day. I truly appreciate their professionalism and friendliness — they’re amazing at what they do. Thank you both for the great service! ☕✨
