I mainly go to this location if I’m shopping at Target. Now I contain myself and go to a drive thru instead. Every time I got something here they either didn’t really know about the app (rewards, points and stuff) or my drink is made really poorly. We had a frappe a couple weeks ago that I literally had a couple sips and I was done with it. It tasted really bad!

This has to be the worst managed Starbucks I have ever been to in this area. I wonder (seriously) if it is a training location because the employees always seem confused and befuddled? I try to avoid this location; but every now and again I end up there and each time it is a frustrating experience.
