“It was good over all but every McDonald's I've gone inside no matter where I am there's no service at the counter! I don't like using that kiosk and I don't usually use the app! When my son and I went in we stood at the counter for 5 minutes no one asked if needed help. We sat down and order from the app! I just don't like having to do it myself cuz I'm not on the clock or getting paid just like self check out! Other then that the food was good and the store looked clean!“
“Just stopped in on Easter to grab a couple coffees for my dad and I as we traveled to my aunt's house up north. I was surprised to see it open since it was a holiday and people should be off to celebrate however they see fit. That's kind of the trend now. The coffees were good and hot. We did however, wait quite a bit to get our coffees at window #2. The employees were friendly though.“
“Restaurant is clean, looks recently remodeled. We ordered our breakfast online and walked a block from our hotel room and the food was ready, at 9 am. Food was delicious! Thank you!

“McDonald's clearly wants customers to use the self-serve kiosks (or the app) to place orders but neither option is straight- forward. The in-store kiosk, because it is so poorly laid out, is confusing, time-consuming and frustrating for many of the customers. In the short time I was waiting for my other, I saw 3 people get frustrated with the kiosk and finally give up and leave. The app is also a horribly bumbled fiasco. McDonald's, if you want customers to place orders using the app or kiosks, redesign it so someone other than a computer science major can figure it out.“
“It was 3am when I went so I’m not going to complain about the cold fries or the cold coffee. It was decent and I’m just happy they are open 24hrs but they do close for the switchover to breakfast. Would be cool if they served crispy chicken after midnight but the mcchicken was pretty good.“
