“I went in to place an order (I had a receipt for a bogo deal) and the manager thought I was unable to place my order from the kiosk/ordering display until I presented him with the receipt from a past order and then he continued to assist me at the register. He told me that eventually the registers are going to be extinct and the ONLY way to order would be from my phone or the kiosk/ordering display. That is kinda sad on multiple levels. 1st, no human interaction, like the good old days. 2nd, how am I going to be able to use my receipts for the deals that are presented on them? And kinda 3rd, no more "my first job was at McDonald's and I learned a lot..." if they are going to take the registers away. Future kids (McDonald's employees) are not going to get the chance to put their (math) skills to work and learn first hand, like they used to. Great place, Manager, food and prices as long as I can use my receipts/offers.“

“This is the best store I've found! People are pleasant, and they always get my order right! Any other store, I get rude people who don't even say hi or give eye contact. I'm a stickler on customer service and expect to get it. The people at the Lyndale store are superb! They are trained right and know how to treat a customer. I will go out of my way just so I can get awesome service! Great job guys!!“
