McDonald's in Saint Paul

“The food was good but the service I got was great. The nice lady at the window where you guys take money was excellent. She was respectful nice and had a smile she made me feel welcomed and did her job great. Thanks again Tasha I think her name was.“

“Food and service is fine.

They only downside with this locations is that they tend to get a lot of loud, obnoxious teenagers during the daytime that cuss and shout at each other. Not really the employees fault but it’d be nice if they were able to do something about them.“

“Well Mary Is a delight and has created a money maker for herself. She is an excellent worker. She tried to give herself a $5 tip and when I asked for change it was quite an ordeal getting it. I would have liked a thank you. But overall a great experience“

“Everything is very good, but I have to highlight 2 things, there is a man called Abimael LATINO who is very kind and collaborative, and the service is from the American staff who are very interested in assisting us even knowing that they do not understand us very well and we do not, well at least I do not either but very willing to help us, the truth is that I always go there Excellent service, thank you“

“The poor food rating is due to mc donalds food altogether not a reflection of this store. The service was particularly exceptional they interacted with my kids and gave them high 5s. We can for the playland but ended up spending quite a bit since we had a good time.“

“What is there to say about this McDonald’s? We stopped here coming from the zoo on our way tot be airport. We needed a fast and cheap meal. A place to go the bathroom. So this McDonald checked all those boxes. Fast and friendly service. Placed looked clean. We eat quickly and we were on our way.“

“I don't eat McDonald's because of dietary reasons but my 3 year old loves going there. The play area is nice and spacious. The food service is somewhere between waiting for 30 minutes plus to regular fast food time. The service goes from being very helpful to why are you bothering me.“

“i ordered a 10 piece nuggets and a large iced caramel coffee. the order was ready fairly quickly and was pretty much exactly as i expected. the size of interior made it feel crowded, but it was a location that only served takeout so that's pretty much bound to happen. all-in-all a decent mcdonald's visit, no complaints.“

“Always get the orders right and are pretty quick about it. However theres this one young Mexican lady that works the front counter in the lobby and she's a snob. Spoke to a manager about her.. anytime I ask for a water cup they usually just give it to me, however whenever I ask her she says she's going to have to charge me for a pop to get a small water.. :/ she never smiles and is always grumpy. should definitely put a different person at the front counter and should put her in the back or something.“

“It’s usually clean inside. Every time I go through, I don’t have any real complaints. The people are usually prompt even during busy hours. No place is perfect, but no complaints. This one is close to home so it’s convenient too.“

“I believe this is only 1 of 2 McDonalds in St Paul that’s open 24/7 it came up clutch for me yesterday at about 12:15 AM after a very eventful day. They made both my Big Mac & Double Quarter Pounder with no onions on either. Very fresh & hit the spot.“
