When at the Drive thur I watch the employee wash off the coner and then put my food in the bag, when I made a complaint about it her and the other employees got very upset so I had to wait 10 more minutes for more food and another thing the app won't let you make a proper complaint
Restaurant was full of noisy youth just hanging out taking up about 3/4 of the dining area. None had purchased any food.

The Hiawatha location has shown improvement, ensuring customers receive their full orders more consistently. The food was fast and hot, tasted good, and the restaurant was very clean and tidy. The staff is very motivated and give excellent customer service. The speed of service is wonderful and the food is always fresh and hot. If there was any issue or a mistake made they would gladly fix it with no problem or arguments. Customers enjoyed their happy meal and the seating. The drive-through was friendly, and the food was hot, needing to cool. Even a dog enjoyed the french fries, finding them not as salty.
