Prices up, rewards down. 9.20 for a medium white mocha, and now it's 200 points for a free drink. Legitimately hitting my point of buying a high end espresso machine. One month of starbucks prices pays for the machine.I wonder how the batista's tips are affected?The store specifically is solid, the employees, attitude and atmosphere is great! it's corporate thats the problem.

My barista was wonderful; very patient, very kind. An unhoused person was purchasing a coffee and trying to leave her a tip and she refused to take the tip and told him to come back and see her and have another coffee. ? Personally, I used a gift card and she took the time to write my new remaining balance on the gift card. And finally when I was leaving another barista complimented me on my shirt.
