“Drunk Donald's has risen again! Came for the memories, and also a classic McDouble with fries. So happy to see McDonald's back in Dinkytown again! I will say it's a lot cleaner now and the only way to order is from the robot kiosks which is honestly for the best given its less than sober clientele. Honestly the new McD's is fab, but minus points for it only being one level now. So glad to experience this important college rite of passage again!“

“Since they built the new place, the drive thru is always busy. Way too busy for me.So I got the app. Now I can order before I get there, pull in to one of the numbered spots, enter the number in the app, and they bring the food to my car (until 9 pm). You also get points for free food when you use the app. Love it! No more confusion at the drive thru speaker about what I'm asking for. No more stop and go, waiting forever for someone to get "special" orders, or deciding who is first in line where the two order speakers merge to 1 lane.My big complaint is the fries. They've sometimes been sitting around a while. McDonalds fries used to be great, but they just aren't world famous any more. I started to get just the sandwich if I'm taking it home. Sandwich and a drink if not.I do wish they would bring back that jalapeño cheese sauce burger. I only got to have it 2 times and now it's gone! Also no more breakfast items after 10:30. I would get their hashbrowns over their fries all day long, but I guess breakfast sandwiches and hashbrowns after 10:30 were too much trouble.“
“This is a great mickey ds. Been coming here thru the drivethru since 1996ish. Service and timimg top notch.I think there are some wonderful long termers there.The nuggets need to be fresher. They really should be treated as French fries. 7 minutes tops....but it would be nice to get that time to even less. They can't sit in a warmer from my long old days was 1/2 hour. It totally changes the flavour. “Get your D here for as little as $1 (those any size fries are calling). I like to wrap my mouth around a Big Mac and my Any Size Fry (in the large variety). Slurp some Iced Caramel Macchiatto for a mouth-watering time. Check back in later that day for some McChicken and McNuggets (some McLovin' for you, but not that kind). So overall, a 4/5 experience.“

“Brand new remodeled store, i used the drive thru. The young guy who takes orders needs to speak up more and stop murmuring.Otherwise i Had a standard McDonald's drive- thru experience.Ordered a shake, fries, burgers and coke, i feel like thats a pretty usual order and i would say that most people who frequent McDonald's are ordering French Fries and a soft drink.This location is at the corner of a trashy spot if you turn the wrong direction... but I am sure that it brings in many extra sales do to the walking traffic in this area.The food was the right temperatureand tasted appropriate for what I expected the French Fries to taste like.There wasn't any snow on the ground yet and I could see the blacktop was newer, I hope that They do a nice job with the snow plowing because the lot is cramped due to how downtown its location is from the order microphone till food pickup spot I believe only 3 vehicles can be receiving a partial service per time. All be it I had a nice meal, the girl at the food delivery seemed really sweet and my total order wait time was under ten minutes, there was just one car infront of me in the drive-thru when I pulled up.“

“Well, they screwed up our order in our favor. We ordered 1 Hi-C and ended up with 6. The fries are always crispy, and I can tell that they regularly change the oil in the fryers. I've never had a bad experience with service, or my order being screwed up not in my favor. This is my favorite one to go to in my immediate area.There is only a drive-thru or walk-up, but I have always been served in an expedient manner. I recommend McDonald's for anyone who is gluten-free and looking for a fast-food option. I've found that many other fast-food restaurants cross-contaminate products (Burger King, Arby's), or don't change their oil (Burger King, Arby's). I know that people rip on McDonald's, but I've always had the best experiences with this fast-food chain, and I grew up eating a lot of different fast-food restaurants. Go here, not there.“
“Vladimir and Jose gave me excellent customer service. Overall, the staff is very welcoming and kind. Especially the morning staff, just because I have overall more experience with them. I can tell the they're truly good people. To me, in a fast food business, the food is generally the same quality. That's a business standard in fast food, especially corporations this large. They want the same quality, be it in New York or Minnesota so customers know what to expect no matter where they are. Its marketable. But customer service sets this place apart.“
