We went to this location specifically for the playground. The kids had a wonderful time playing with all of the other children. There was an employee cleaning the area the whole time, which was comforting considering all of the children there. The food we ordered was hot and fresh.
This place has been around for awhile now. The food is good but they really need to work on their customer service. Some of the employees they have working in certain areas are not as kind as they should to customers. Probably won't be back anytime soon.

They did let me fill my super mug from the soda fountain, a plus for me (I rinsed and cleaned it first, germaphobes).Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps and bathroom stalls are ADA compliant. Tables are low enough to support wheelchair access. Soda fountain may lose difficulty due to height.
