Forgot to make breakfast sandwhich when I ordered online 10 minutes before breakfast closed and showed up and said breakfast was closed. Bad customer service when trying to get refund too.

Just ordered a double cheeseburger with NO cheese and NO pickles. Just got home, there were two slices of cheese! My husband does not eat cheese so the sandwich was thrown away. Waste of money and time!

Worst McDonald’s franchise in the area. Avoid at all costs and go to Excelsior instead. I found sand or rocks in my coke going through the drive through. Drank half of it before I found the nasty surprise at the bottom. They did not answer the phone or respond to complaint submitted online. The owner and managers should be ashamed.

We went to this location specifically for the playground. The kids had a wonderful time playing with all of the other children. There was an employee cleaning the area the whole time, which was comforting considering all of the children there. The food we ordered was hot and fresh.

This place is an embarrassment. In the last 6 months it went from being one of the better McDonald's in the area to being a complete waste of time. The staff working either does not care, or is not capable of running this restaurant. This has been going on for months now and it's exhausting. The only reason it does the numbers it does is because it's by a highschool. They don't have to try and it shows. Consistently can't even cook the fries. What a joke.

The employees and management at this location are racist and scared of doing their jobs. I’ve been told to “go back to school” multiple times after walking in during the day-I’m 22. I’ve watched them call the cops on black teenagers literally just sitting and eating their food for “loitering.” They also love to lock their doors during the school day and on Friday nights because they’re too scared of kids that attend the high school across the street coming in. Not to mention the food is only hot half the time. Don’t waste your time here and go literally anywhere else in SLP!
