Chick-fil-A in Bloomington

“Inside the MoA as part of one the food courts. Pretty much plenty of seating. Line can get pretty long, but service to get your food once you do order is really quick. Could be there was a relatively new guy working the register, but he actually did really well - got our big order right.“

“I don’t write a lot of reviews, but this location deserves one.

I was at this Chick-fil-A 21 times last month, so I think it’s fair to say I know what I’m talking about 😂. I used to split my visits between this location and Eden Prairie since I live right in the middle of both, but honestly, I don’t even really go to EP anymore.

Big shoutout to Reid Dorsett. Over the last few months I’ve randomly had free items show up in my app, usually about once a month. It might seem like a small thing, but stuff like that keeps customers coming back and makes you feel appreciated. Every time I get one, I’m finding an excuse to stop by.

The biggest thing I’ve noticed is how clean this location is. Even sitting in the drive-thru, I constantly see employees cleaning, wiping things down, and staying busy. The food reflects that too. The chicken always tastes fresh and I’ve never had that weird taste you sometimes get at other fast food places when the oil needs to be changed. Everything just seems cleaner and better run here.

I’ve spent way too much money at Chick-fil-A over the years, and this is hands down my favorite location. Great owner, great staff, great food. You’ve definitely made a lifelong customer out of me. Keep doing what you’re doing.“
