Hi all, I flew in to Minneapolis today. I stopped to grab a bottle of wine, saw this restaurant nearby, and felt I hit the jackpot. Immediately upon walking in I knew it was very authentic, which is what we desire right? The restaurant felt family owned which is even better. Service was speedy. Kabuli pulao is large serving intended to be shared. Excellent Afghan pulao flavor, very authentic. The meat, uncertain if it was lamb, mutton, or goat. The meat was tough as leather, probably not cooked long enough. Served with a green chutney sauce that was very spicy hot. May have been authentic but surprised me.
