Hi all, I flew in to Minneapolis today. I stopped to grab a bottle of wine, saw this restaurant nearby, and felt I hit the jackpot. Immediately upon walking in I knew it was very authentic, which is what we desire right? The restaurant felt family owned which is even better. Service was speedy. I ordered the Chickpea Curry, requested heat with it, and took it to-go to eat at my hotel. I was not disappointed. The food was amazing and served culture. I will be returning when I come back into town.

Excellent, Afghan food!! at least tiny little place more suitable for family style!! Staff are very nice and accommodating!! a little hard to find, but well worth it!!

Kabuli pulao is large serving intended to be shared. Excellent Afghan pulao flavor, very authentic. The meat, uncertain if it was lamb, mutton, or goat. The meat was tough as leather, probably not cooked long enough. Served with a green chutney sauce that was very spicy hot. May have been authentic but surprised me. I never got the chai I ordered but wasn't charged for it either. Many Afghans eating there so it must be good. I would enjoy going back and sampling other items on their menu. Signage visible from the parking lot is obsolete. Google Maps navigation got me there but couldn't see where it was.

Food here is delicious and very authentic!! Service is great ! Everyone is very friendly and helpful!! Vegetarian and meat options!
Fantastic food, sweet people; it's going in our regular takeout rotation. Note that this is not fast food and not all dishes can be made in 20 minutes, but they will tell you that when you order! I've eaten a lot of chickpeas/chole and this is maybe my favorite - it's more subtle than chana masala but somehow even more delicious. The bread - naan was amazing, huge, and the stuffed bolani was a treasure! The kofta/kebab! The chutneys! All of it fantastic and interesting and made with care and time. Huge portions and tastes like a seasoned Afghan grandma made it. Go!!Parking: Many - large strip mall.
