I had the Greek salad with lamb, a piece of baklava, and some falafel — everything was fresh and flavorful. The lamb was juicy, the salad crisp, and the falafel had that perfect crunch.
Quick service and friendly staff too.
Definitely a solid spot to grab a bite while shopping at Mall of America.“

“Shout out to Christos Greek Restaurant and love to Gus, a truly amazing person who has kept this wonderful landmark alive and well for so many years! We have never had more delicious food anywhere! My choice was the lamb shank which was cooked to perfection, so tender it fell off the bone and didn't need a knife. Dessert for me was the mousse au chocolat (always) and having tried it at every restaurant that offers it, Christos will never be outdone. It should be mentioned that the salads are always made with what our daughter calls "happy veggies," always fresh and beautiful! the soups are all wonderfully special and "home made" as well. No one comes even close to the love and care that goes into this dining piece of heaven. Enjoying your delectable meal at Christos feels as good as a warm hug from your mom. Salut to happy tummies! :)“

“No disrespect to the old establishment, but the new ownership hit it out of the park. The chicken shawerma is bangin. Good portions, good price. Not a fan of ordering on a tablet, and I’d recommend a menu on the wall for easier reading but I’ve already eaten here multiple times. Check it out!“

“Unfortunately, these are not the Donors we’re looking for. I ordered the OG German Donor, one chicken, one beef. Couldn’t tell the difference between them. Awesome fries and they’ve got Pepsi products.

Good sized, tasty, and fresh food? Yes to all, but not close enough to a German Donor to scratch that itch. More like a gyro wearing a costume.

I tried the GDK franchise while traveling last year and that was pretty close to what you get in Germany. Naughty Donor has good food, but if your sole reason for trying is the legit German donor… this ain’t it. Womp womp“

“I recommend the rice bowl. You can choose what meat (protein) you want. The ingredients are perfectly proportioned from the amount of meat, rice, lettuce, onion, tomato, tzatziki. And best of all it fits my budget. Dee-lish-us. The staff was friendly too! Perfect combonation--friendly staff, attentive service, and great food.“

“Fantastic Mediterranean food. About 8 years ago I used to go there every week cause it was so close to where I lived and it’s really good, high quality food. I used to always get their gyro pita or chicken shawarma sandwich with made-to-order fries. I don’t have a good reason fo why i stopped going, i don’t. But lately I’m going back every weekend for it, now I’ve been getting their Build Your Own Bowl and they’re so good! You get a good amount of options of ingredients and it’s so delicious!! Such a gem. Don’t sleep on this place, it’s great. Go there.“
