The menu was small. The waiter was so attentive. The decor was ok. We started with the burnt ends. They were really good. I got the Moroccan salmon. The salmon was cooked perfectly, but the spices that were put on it had no flavor. The couscous was amazing. All in all, an ok
I stayed at the Hilton for business during the week and having a restaurant on the hotel property is ideal. Unfortunately this restaurant was not the greatest at service or food. Firstly the service was incredibly slow. I got to the restaurant shortly before six in the evening and didn't get to eat until five till seven. Spent a week at this hotel and went down to the bar/restaurant every night. Staff were great and so was the food. Might be a MN thing but $10 for a beer was a little crazy but it is what it is. Not gonna give them a lower rating over that.
