Consistently delicious, every meal, every time. The atmosphere is beautiful with all the windows, dark wood, cozy seating and water feature. And the staff is so friendly and professional.
November 3rd - 3 couples and a total disaster of a meal. Bad service; order was not done well. I talked with the GM on November 5th - and they were going to resolve it. Kincaid's is owned through Landry's - Kincaid's GM was powerless to resolve this - it had to go 'up the chain' - 4 layers. It is now December 20th - they are still trying to get this resolved.
