“This restaurant was severely understaffed. However, Marquise was a true brilliant star of the place. He was basically a one man show; keeping everything running with a nice smile, super positive attitude, working hard, and really putting himself in the customer’s shoes. We were all frustrated at the slow pace of getting our food and drinks (basically because he was getting no support from the kitchen and waitstaff to run any ready food) but it melted away with Marquise’s professional and kind mannerism. You just don’t see people like Marquise anymore. A++++“
