Wingstop receives mixed feedback from customers. Many praise the courteous staff and great service at one location, where food was hot, delicious, saucy, and made exactly the way Wingstop is supposed to be. Employees have great attitude, and the location offers seating, making it one of the best Wingstops for some. However, others report problems. One customer noted that a single employee was working the entire restaurant on a busy Sunday around 5:00 PM, which was completely unacceptable. Another was disappointed by cold fries and tiny wings despite liking the sauce. A customer who ordered a meal deal found a sauce missing after pickup. Another felt the server was not rude but not friendly, and wrapped an in-house dinner in a to-go box and bag. While some would definitely recommend this location, others will not repeat.
