“I have never been disappointed with this location. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I love their sauce so much. I usually get a 2 tender - 1 sauce ratio. I'm not a coleslaw fan or a french fry fan, so when I get the combos, I replace both of those with toast.“

“The chicken has potential. Our order took quite awhile and no one was really in there. When we got the chicken tenders they were maybe room temperature so not sure what was going on in the kitchen. If they were hot and fresh I think they would have been really good!“

Ordered the 12 piece mix of chicken, and know that those pieces are HUGE. These aren't the tiny chicken flats you get when you order pizza - this is CHICKEN. Elevate yourself above Popeyes and give this spot a shot - you won't regret it! Get the cornbread, and get the hot sauce - you will have yourself a dinner and you will be fed! Highly recommend, get yourself some good chicken.“

“The chicken is cooked nicely and seems to hold up well under the lamp, can't say the same for the biscuits and sides, they are pretty dry once it gets into the evening. The chicken batter is too salty, had to start peeling it off, but the chicken itself is really good. I'll probably try it again, but I hope they lower the salt in that chicken a bit! That would make me a regular.“

There are no signs for anything indicating you're even in the right place so I'm guessing they do a lot of delivery and not so much pick up. Keep in mind, you have to order online because you cannot order these from Old Chicago in person.I'm not sure though ordering system is very accurate either. I chose immediate pickup and it said it would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes, which it was. However the doordash said it was going to be ready in about an hour.Service was slow inside waiting at the host stand to talk to someone both of the times I walked in. To add to the confusion there isn't even any signage about Twisted Tenders anywhere.“
