We ordered a family meal where you pick the pieces you want. We picked 3 thighs, 4 legs, 3 breasts and when we got home and opened the box we got 3 thighs, 3 drumsticks, and 4 wings. NOT what we ordered! After we ate, we even checked our receipt and it listed what we wanted/ordered, but that was not what we got. Very disappointed. Probably not going to get the family meal again and just stick to the sandwiches. `
It's no Raising Cane's, but it's ok.
The service is horrible. They always forget my coleslaw. Today they forgot it again and I went into the store and the supposed manager ignored me and stated she put it in the bag. I advised it is not in my bag. She refused to admit she was wrong and after 20 minutes of her ignoring me she finally stated she is not giving me coleslaw as I already got it and I could talk to corporate.
