Morning crew always delivers without fail! Big shout out to the kitchen staff for the consistently hot and fresh food, also Rachel, Caroline, Grace, and the other amazing ladies and gents who help kick off my day!
Top notch General Manager and staff!
Overall, I had a good experience at the Capital One Lounge at JFK. The lounge is nice and spacious, with lots of different seating options depending on whether you want to relax, work, or have a little privacy.
I really liked the private rooms—that was probably one of my favorite features. They’re great if you want some quiet time, make a phone call, or just get away from the crowd. The bathrooms were also very clean, which is always a plus when traveling.

Chick-fil-A is known for its friendly staff and delightful meals, such as the spicy chicken sandwich. The restaurant is kid-friendly with a play area. The morning crew always delivers without fail, with the kitchen staff providing consistently hot and fresh food. The staff is beyond anything you'd expect from a chain restaurant, with employees put together and excited to show up with a smile. Ryan Blanch, Restaurant Operator, has this place down to a science. Customers can order a cool grilled chicken wrap with no sauce, and it comes just as ordered and is delicious, ready very fast after ordering on the mobile app. While some customers have had issues with food delivery, the staff is quick to address and resolve any concerns. Despite occasional delays due to high drive-thru traffic, Chick-fil-A offers great service overall.
