Busiest shopping day of the year and had a great experience at Portillo's!
Staff was very friendly, and having fun. One lady was dancing around while she was doing her work and singing with the Christmas carols playing overhead.
Chris at the pickup counter was super friendly.
Guy that took our order was very helpful in making decisions on our order.

Came in for the first time and Cindy was such a lovely, kind, and helpful individual. She overall made our experience wonderful. The food was good and the ordering process was easy!
