I was told to fill out the survey for a free large fry, the lady at the window did a fantastic job and made sure my order was correct. She was very soft spoken and sweet. I lost my receipt but hope this gets to them.

The chicago dog was great, the cake shake lived up to the hype, and the service was friendly and relatively quick.My only complaint is that I got a large fry and they barely filled the carton. I felt like it was a small fry in a large carton. Given the price you pay you should get a substantial portion of fries.Maybe they'll fill it up more the next time I go.

This restaurant is clean and has a very cool vibe that resembles eating outside at an Italian restaurant mixed with a Chicago street from the 1940's (somehow it works) There's lots of tables and space upstairs to enjoy your food. The food is decent and of a "stadium " variety.It's a good spot if you have kids and are in the mood for peppy jazzy music and an Italian beef , Chicago dog, burger, or polish sausage. Whatever you do don't leave without getting one of their cake shakes !

It was my first time here. They have good, fast service through the drive thru. I had the spicy chicken sandwich, it was actually really good. I always add scorpion hot sauce to chicken sandwiches so I didn’t get the sauce that comes with it. The fries were surprisingly good. I think they sprinkle it with crack. I’ll definitely be back!

When I want to blow my diet, I do it in a big way with the large, spicy Italian beef with a shake. Then I go home and beach on the couch for three hours. Ultimately, it becomes the most satisfying day of the year.

This is a fun place to eat, with nostalgic images, old billboards, and vintage advertising that decorates the walls. The food is good, and the service is very good. I forgot to ask them to not put mustard on my son's hot dog when I ordered and they graciously replaced the hot dog for free when I brought the issue to their attention.Kid-friendliness: Kids will enjoy the atmosphere while eating here.

The vegan hotdog wasn't anything special. It was fairly disappointing but if you don't eat meat then you know how hard it is to find a really great vegan hotdog substitute. The staff looked like they were so unhappy with their jobs. They weren't personable and didn't smile so I can only assume this business treats them and pays them poorly because there is no way that many employees are all unhappy. I could look past the vegan dog being disappointing but when all your staff look unhappy you should probably examine your business practice and how you pay and treat your employees.
Very nice dinner with my family. Clean.
