Great staff! Very kid friendly! Highly recommend!
Bloomington at Mall of America is BETTER. This place is the worst experience I’ve had in a long time. I don’t usually write reviews but this is one people need to be aware. At around 8pmish, my partner and I wanted some food. We got inside and asked for booth and was immediately given attitude. The waitress wasn’t listening to my order which made the order of mine messed up. I had ordered 10 piece with fries sweet bbq. The food server gave me 20 piece and I was...read full review
We ordered take out tonight and wow was the service complete garbage!! The first girl who asked me who I was picking up for seemed soooooo uninterested like I was bothering her, then came the kid who liked to do nothing but kick the soccer ball in the back, then came the manager or key, im not sure, but his pants were so far down his butt it was ridiculous. Buffalo Wild Wings is a sports bar with a quiet atmosphere during happy hour. The food is served hot, although some dishes, like Mac and Cheese, need improvement. The customer service is friendly and attentive, with servers who strive to make the experience enjoyable. However, there have been some issues with the quality of sides, like celery, and the wings can be hit or miss; sometimes they are overcooked and dry. The bone-in and boneless buffalo wings remain tasty, along with other sides like tots and onion rings. The Hatch Chili burger has been praised as a winner. It is advised to check orders before leaving, as there may be mistakes, and keeping incorrect orders can lead to unexpected charges on the bill. Despite these shortcomings, Buffalo Wild Wings offers a good selection of wings and sides, with staff ready to assist and a lively atmosphere for sports fans.
